Our founder, Jack W., grew up in his father’s homebuilding business, spending summers learning every part of the trade—from sweeping floors to watching foundations, framing, and finishing work come together like a 3D puzzle. That hands-on experience built the discipline, skill, and attention to detail that define our inspections today.
For over 25 years, Jack has poured his energy into running our family business with integrity and care. Along the way, our family has grown too—our children now have families of their own, blessing us with 11 grandchildren who keep life full and busy.
