Home Pride has been serving Northeast Ohio since 1994, helping homeowners and buyers make confident decisions about their investments. Our inspections are thorough, unbiased, and designed to give you the peace of mind you deserve.

Jack grew up in his father’s homebuilding business. Every summer from the time he was 9 or 10, he would pack a lunch and head to work with his dad. In the early years, he was given a broom or small odd jobs, but as he got older, the jobs grew right along with him. He spent countless hours watching basements being excavated, brick layers building foundations, and his family’s framing and carpentry crews bringing the structure to life. He enjoyed watching each trade—electricians, plumbers, tinners—come in to do their part, fitting together like a 3D puzzle. When one project was complete, they would move right on to the next.

Spending this time with his father instilled a strong work ethic, discipline, and an appreciation for doing the job right. By the early 1980s, the family shifted from residential to commercial construction, gaining even more experience in the building industry.

Over the last 25+ years, Jack has poured his energy into running our family business, building a reputation for quality and integrity. Outside of work, our family has grown as well—our children have started families of their own, and to date, have blessed us with 11 grandchildren who keep life busy and full of joy.
